Abstract

This study took focus on the Implementation of School Counseling Guidance. As for the question in this research is how the implementation of five counseling services in high school 'X in Panyabungan City. In collecting data, data analysis, and conclusion are using combination method with concurrent natural setting model, and in this research establishing key infomation is counseling teacher and student who have been given individual counseling service, while research instrument is interview, check list, and document studies. The results of this study: Integrated service orientation in general into the school program so that the role of teachers BK only limited members of the committee, Educational information delivery service runs in smester six; The guidance of learning guidance is still oriented to face the UN; Individual counseling services are performed on incidental incidental student case cases, and group counseling services are conducted subject teachers independently and have little involvement of consultative guidance teachers.
