Abstract

There are so many problems that we often find in life, whether in family, community environment, and work environment. What makes a leader succesful? Or what makes one able to legal their respective functions properly? Many answers can be given to answer these questions? This article aims to explain the use and application of the principles of leadership in overcoming the problem of public problems that are often experienced by an educator, especially problems that are found on campus. And how does an educator in managing balence in carryng out the work as an educator. The concept of leadership public rooted in patterns of human leadership that is: the leadership beliefs, led action and lead character. In carrying out its leadership, starting from the conviction. This belief will give stregth to understand the three principles of human principles, the principle of natural and divine principles. Futhermore, the conviction will give strength to take action. The concept of leadership in implementing the action, can be translated into thre-dimensional work ethic: work hard, work smart and sincere work. Futhermore, leadership character will give birth to three attitude is a positive attitude, attitude productive and contributive attitude.
