Abstract

Goals to be achieved in writing the nature of the activities and
problems of financing and Musharaka products which expected revenue is
certainly accompanied by a cost, and relevance in mudharabah and
Musharaka. In this paper the authors focus on the product and Musharaka
financing is the main income for Islamic banking products. With literature
study authors apply the primary source of this article, regarding various
provisions of studies that have been done before, and supported by studies
published by various agencies in the form of journals and other scientific
studies.
The results of this paper is the nature of the problems faced in
financing alone is only a matter successor agreement. system for the
results in the Mudaraba and Musharaka financing in Islamic banking is a
profit ratio should be based as a percentage between the two sides, is not
expressed in certain rupiah nominal value.
