Abstract
Humans are one of the most important in the effort to achieve the success of an organization. The key to success is a change in my human resources is as initiator and an agent of change continuously, forming processes and cultures jointly improve the ability of organizational change. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant influence on organizational performance and success of the organization achieve its objectives. So that the organization should pay more attention to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) members to further support the smooth organization achieve its objectives. Employee performance appraisals given behavior outside the role also become the standard that must be met employees to assess employee performance.
