Abstract
Salary is a fair and worthy remuneration which is given to the workers for their efforts and services to accomplish an organization goal. Salary is in financial reward that directly paid to the workers based on the working hour, the total producing product or services given. Salary also defined as price for services that paid to the workers based on the agreement.
