Islamic civilization has featured a world that needs to be examined in an objective and scientific study. The emergence of Islamic civilization is a long process. This should be seen as being associated with the originators, the Prophet Muhammad with all the consequences that brought the teachings of the Buddha. This requires honesty and clarity of thought, so those observers and analysts are able to explore and understand the reality of Islamic civilization objectively. Meanwhile, there are skeptics among assessment experts, because from the beginning they have a wrong perception of the reality of political Islam and the Muslims. This paper is expected to be input for political observer in Islam among non-Muslims in an effort to find some facts of history and the Islamic concept of territorial expansion in Islam.
