Abstract
E-business is the term used to describe the information systems and
applications that support and drive business processes, most often using
web technologies. E-business allows companies to link their internal and
external processes more efficiently and effectively, and work more closely
with suppliers and partners to better satisfy the needs and expectations of
their customers, leading to improvements in overall business performance.
E-business is similar with business as common. As we know, business is
one of the driver of economic. That is why e-business become more
important. Although e-business provides much convenience to company
(seller) and buyer, but on the other hand there are things that must be
taken to ensure that e -business has become valid especially for the
moslem. According to islam perspective, when doing e-business there is a
law that must be understood so that online transaction become valid.
