Abstract

Every community must have experienced a change, social change as a social fact
and the effects, both positive effects and negative effects. The positive effect is
certainly very important for the progress of society and must be addressed also
positive, but the negative effects to watch out for and anticipated in order not to
incur damage to society .Social change is inevitable but will have to be faced,
because social change in line with the development and progress in various fields.
Efforts to do in addressing social change is to maximize the role of religion in life,
religious practice good and through will be the face of increasingly rapid social
change, religion used as a filter against the negative effects of social change.
