Abstract

Rapid technological advances of today have changed people's lives joints.
Due to the increasingly sophisticated technology that offers greater
convenience and new lifestyle that is sometimes neglected their old
patterns that are traditional. We can not imagine how lonely this world
without the presence of TV, radio, newspapers, the internet also recently
began loved people, especially in urban Padangsidimpuan, as evidenced
by the proliferation of internet cafes throughout the city
Padangsidimpuan well.
With a relatively low cost we can explore the world just by sitting in front
of the monitor. Not to mention other communication technologies such as
fax, mobile phones and others are so prevalent. Outside the city South
Tapanuli Padangsidimpuan like most people livelihood in farm fields, and
scattered in various districts and sub-divided as a form of area into four
districts.
The reality in some areas are still experiencing difficulty in disseminating
information, particularly the development of information that is needed
by people in remote areas. Similarly to the West Coast along the line, often
the information about the development of information technology and
anticipated very late due to lack of information received.
