Abstract
Syariah is a united system as the regulative guidance for human life which is built based on orders and prohibitions of Allah with His prophet as the sources of regulation in Islamic law. Syariah is taken from Al-qur’an and Sunnah as religious doctrine that contains materials of Islamic law. From the two sources, Islamic law is produced through Ijtihad method or a consensus accomplishment (ijma’) with analogy (qiyas) which is called as adillat al-Ahkam al-Muttafaq.
